Yves Ardaillou

Yves Ardaillou specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and financing, with a focus on bank financing and capital markets.

He also has noted expertise in bankruptcy and corporate reorganizations and in business litigation.

Yves Ardaillou graduated from the University of Paris I (Master of International Business Law; DEA¹ in English and North American Business Law) and from the University of Paris V, Malakoff (DESS¹ in International Business Law).

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1991 and is a member of the International Bar Association.

Before joining Bersay & Associes as a partner in 1999, Yves Ardaillou worked at Jeantet & Associés (Paris and New York offices).
