Jérôme Bersay

Jérôme Bersay’s practice focuses on corporate acquisitions, in relation to both listed and unlisted companies, commercial agreements, as well as on litigation and arbitration.

He graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Economic and Financial section) and from the University of Paris II (Master of Business Law and Business Law Institute).

Jérôme Bersay has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1992. He is also a member of the International Bar Association.

Before founding Bersay & Associés, he worked at Crédit Lyonnais New York as a financial analyst, then as a lawyer at Salès, Vincent & Associés.

He was named by his peers as one of the “Best Lawyers France” 2011.
