Pascal Kamina

Pascal Kamina is recognized for his expertise in the areas of intellectual property and audiovisual law.

He has a dual background in French and English law.

In France, he graduated from the University of Poitiers (Master in General Private Law, DEA in Private Law, Magistère in Information Technology and Communications Law, State Doctorate in Law - Dissertation: “L’utilisation finale en propriété intellectuelle”).

In the UK, he graduated from Cambridge University, Trinity Hall, Trinity College (LLM, Ph.D in English law - Dissertation: “The protection of Audio-visual works under British copyright”).

Pascal Kamina is a lecturer at the University of Poitiers, where he teaches European business law and intellectual property law.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997.
