Erwan Le Morhedec

Erwan Le Morhedec advises and litigates in connection with a variety of business matters. He has a particular interest in competition and distribution law.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Management from ESSEC and graduated from the University of Paris V, Malakoff (DESS in European Business Law).

Erwan Le Morhedec has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2008, he worked at the law firm of Meffre & Grall, starting in 2003.
He previously worked at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei & Leygonie, starting in 2001.
