Nicolas Lepetit

Nicolas Lepetit specializes in labour and employment law, both with respect to collective and individual matters, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation, including criminal cases.

He graduated from the University of Paris X (Master in General Private Law, DEA in Labour and Union Law).

Nicolas Lepetit has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2008, he worked at Legrand Bursztein Beziz et avocats law firm.
