Cédric de Pouzilhac

Cédric de Pouzilhac is a business litigation and arbitration specialist. He focuses his practice as a litigator on commercial contracts, corporate law, and financial and securities issues.

Cédric de Pouzilhac graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (economics and finance section), from the University of Paris II (Master in Business Law) and from the University of Paris V, Malakoff (DESS in Business Law).

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2008, Cédric de Pouzilhac was a partner at Larroumet Pouzilhac Associés, a law firm created in 2003.

He previously worked, starting in 2000, in the “Litigation / Arbitration” department of Lovells.

He became partner at Bersay & Associés on January 1st, 2009.
