Sandrine de Sousa

Sandrine de Sousa specializes in corporate law and securities law.
She is recognized in particular for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity operations and mixed securities issuances.

Sandrine de Sousa graduated from the University of Paris II (Master in Business and Tax Law, DESS in European Business Law) and from the University of Paris I (DEA in Common Law).

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000. She is also a member of the associations « European Professional Women's Network », « Dirigeante » and « France-Brésil ».

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2000, Sandrine de Sousa worked at the Canadian firm Charron & Ostiguy in Montreal.

She became partner at Bersay & Associés on January 1st, 2008.

She has authored numerous articles on corporate law issues.
