Delphine Touboul

Delphine Touboul specializes in contracts law, information technology law and intellectual property.
She focuses her practice on commercial contracts, IT-related contracts, e-commerce and electronic communications, protection of personal information, and copyright issues.

Delphine Touboul graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine (DESS in Business Law) and from the University of Paris X (Master in Business Law).

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2008, Delphine Touboul worked in the “Intellectual property / Information Technology” department of Herbert Smith (Paris and London offices) from 2000 to 2003.
In November 2003 she joined the legal department of the Ipsos group, where she was responsible for commercial contracts and issues related to personal information.
