Cécile Amphoux

Cécile Amphoux specializes in real estate law, with a practice that encompasses both counselling and litigation.

She focuses her activity primarily on construction law matters (private and public contracts) and commercial leases. 

Cécile Amphoux graduated from the University of Paris I (DEA of Business and Economics Law, Doctoral degree in Private Law). 

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2008, Cécile Amphoux worked in the “Construction Law and Industrial Risks" departement of the Paris office of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
