Julien Vandromme specialises in mergers & acquisition and company law.

He has also developed expertise in private equity as well as in the area of real estate finance and acquisitions.

Julien Vandromme graduated from the University of Paris II (DEA in International Private Law), from ESCP Europe (MEB) and from the University of East Anglia (LL.M.).

Julien Vandromme is a member of the Paris Bar.

Before joining Bersay & Associés, in 2009, Julien Vandromme worked in the Corporate / Real Estate Transaction Department of the Paris office of Allen & Overy LLP.
