Christopher Minnich

Christopher Minnich’s practice focuses on company law and contracts, in particular with respect to joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

He advises international companies in connection with their French direct investments and assists them in setting up and running their businesses in France.

Christopher Minnich graduated from The George Washington University Law School (Juris Doctor), The Ohio State University (Bachelor of Arts), and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Rennes (Certificate of Political Studies). 

He is a member of the New York Bar.

Christopher Minnich joined Bersay & Associés in 2006.
