Guilhem
Tabard
A member of the Paris Bar, Guilhem Tabard is an associate within the Tax Law department at Bersay.
He advises businesses on national and international tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions operations, private equity, and intra-group reorganizations. He also handles tax audits and litigation for a client base comprising both companies and individuals.
Guilhem is a member of the Paris Bar (2022) and holds degrees from the University of Rennes (DJCE, 2019) and the University of Montpellier (Certificate of Specialized Studies in Tax Law, 2019).
Before joining Bersay in 2021, he worked in French business law firms and within the tax department of an international French group.
